8 ways to stop feeling sorry for yourself.

I feel most of the things that happen in my life I cause them on myself then when they becomes mistakes or I fail at something I’m very hard on myself. I had to stop feeling sorry for myself.

•Breath in and breath out. Do this as often as you would like.

•Accept your mistakes as lessons. Learn from them and do better.

•Stop blaming yourself. You aren’t the only one making mistakes. It’s okay!

•Looking forward to better days.

•Stop thinking negative. Turn those negative thoughts into positive ones.

•Do not hide away from the world. Get out and start making a change.

•Get a journal and write down your goals.

• Don’t throw a pity party and ruin the moods of others or expect anybody to understand. But it is okay to lean on a good positive friend for advice.

…..and most of all PRAY.
