Are you stressed?

Grab a cup of coffee or some tea! Take a deep breath and just relax for a few minutes.

I have a few tips to help you reduce stress.

I’m a mother of two boys, I work full time, go to school full time (online) and I picked up a second job on the weekends. It’s very challenging and can be very stressful sometimes. My life is a complete mess! Lol

But… for many positive reasons I’m still going.

First you need to let all the negativity go and focus on the positive things in your life. Every time something negative comes up in your mind try your hardest to turn it into something positive.

Ex. When you wake up in the morning start your day with positive thinking and be grateful that you woke up.

Go for a walk

If you have time Go for a walk or do a 5-10 min exercise and as your doing this exercise think about releasing that anxiety.

Extra tip! When I take hot showers before I get in I say a little prayer and as I’m showering I imagine myself washing all the negativity away. Crazy right? Lol but it helps.

Plan your week

Write down everything you need to get done for that week from the most important to the least important and check each one off as you accomplish that task.

Talk about it

Talk to a friend you can trust and that always provided real and positive feedback or can just be there as a listening ear. Sometimes when I have some alone time or I’m riding in the car by myself I talk out loud to myself and things seem to be much clearer to me.

Get your headphones

Listen to motivational speeches or uplifting music. I usually listen to “ERIC THOMAS” he’s a powerful speaker or turn on some much that gets me pumped and no in my feelings and tune everything out for the moment.

Take sometime off

This may not be an option for everyone but if I’m just stressed to the max, sometimes I take a day off during the week while my kids are at school and daycare even if I decide to miss out on pay for that day. It’s well worth it.

Take long deep breaths throughout the day.

Take one day at a time!

Let go of the things you cannot control.

I’ve decided to FAST (Fasting)

Fasting can be done for many reasons whether you want to lose weight or detox and cleanse your body from all the foods you’ve been consuming.

What is fasting? Fasting is when you do not eat anything at all but can drink water. Everyone has their own way of doing a fast but if you want to lose some pounds then you need to be strict on yourself and plan your diet afterwards.

I tried fasting for 3 days but I wasn’t strict on myself I ate something small like a piece of cheese or had coffee in the morning. But I’m strictly testing myself to drink water ONLY for the next 3 days and after my 3 days I’m going start a low intake calorie diet (only consuming 1250 calories a day) as you can probably tell already the reason for my fasting is to lose weight. I’ve gained more than I’ve been losing so now I’m feeling insecure about my weight. But no worries, I’m about to fix that real quick! Stay tune for the update!!!!

I did my research and watch a few YouTube videos of people and their 3day fast journey. Some made it look easy while the rest made it look hard and scary. People are passing out, getting headaches and just not making it to day 3. But if you know yourself and your body then you know your limits. So, do not push yourself into the hospital. If you put your mind to it I think its very possible to achieve. Like i mentioned before this isn’t new for me so I think I’ll be okay for the most part. I’m just training my brain to think less junk, eat less and healthy and drink more water.

Things you can try doing to help with fatigue and headaches. (Warning! These are tips I’ve tried and this will be at your own risk. If you are cautious please consult your doctor for the best results)

  • Mentally prepare yourself
  • Take your time
  • Stay dehydrated
  • Drink 2-3 liters of water a day
  • Consider supplements and electrolyes
  • Be you own motiviation!

You are your worst enemy.

Sometimes we cause our own problems and expect people to understand or feel sorry for you. When will you take ownership of your own life and starting making the best happen.

Stop doubting yourself. So long you continue to feel sorry for yourself the more excuses you will make.

Expect nothing, Appreciate everything. When u expect nothing and you have no reason to be disappointed but you will be surprised when it just happens.

Live up to your own expectations. You can’t expect the best from someone if you not even expecting the best from yourself. You don’t know what to expect.

Stop always over analyzing situations. You will worry yourself to death for the rest of your life

Stop being the negative common denominator. If you look around and see that your alone and everyone you come in contact and then they distance them selfs or u have more falling out the it’s time to adjust your attitude.

Learn from your mistakes don’t continue to keeping making the same mistake.

Goals

What goals do you want to achieve this month?

Start focusing on what you want to accomplish this month or even by the end of the year. Even though it’s almost the middle of September 2019 it’s never to late to get that notebook out and write down your goals.

So I’ll start. One of my goals to achieve this month is to get another income flowing in. I want to start my own business.
